About

Hi, I’m Kim. I’ve been where you are.

I’ve spent 9+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem as an admin, business analyst and consultant. I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator, a LinkedIn Learning instructor and a TDX speaker.

Lipstick and Tech is where I turn that experience into honest insight and doable steps, so your Salesforce or SaaS career grows without burning you out.

I see where you are

Whatever brought you here, you’re not the only one, and it’s not a you problem.

Wondering if it’s too late to switch careers?

It’s harder than the hype says, and still doable. Start with what the roles actually involve.

Job hunting after a layoff?

It’s the market, not you. A simple weekly system beats endless scrolling.

Worried AI will replace your role?

Some tasks are shrinking, others are growing. I’ll show you which is which.

Burned out from doing it all?

Your value isn’t your job title. Rest is part of the plan.

Already working in Salesforce without the title?

You’re closer than you think. Your daily work may already count as admin experience.

Coming from HubSpot, ServiceNow or Dynamics?

Your systems thinking transfers. It’s about showing it in Salesforce terms.

My story

Real talk: I didn’t start in Salesforce. I started on a help desk after earning my degree in Computer Information Technology, learning how much people depend on systems that just work. Curiosity pulled me toward the CRM, then into administration, business analysis and consulting.

Plot twist: years of doing it all caught up with me, and I burned out. I took a real break, rebuilt my routines around health first, and came back slower on purpose. That’s why everything here is built on small strategic steps instead of hustle.

CONFESSION
I treat a big LEGO build like a release plan: sort the bricks, follow the booklet, take breaks. Turns out it works for cert studying too.

Off the clock

Your value isn’t your job title. Mine isn’t either.

LEGO builds

Instruction booklets are just good documentation

Concerts and festivals

I plan a festival weekend like a run of show

K-pop and K-dramas

Comebacks, cliffhangers and the best fan chants

Makeup, coffee and snacks

Lip Service is where these show up

Speaking

Bring real talk to your event

I speak about Salesforce careers, learning the platform smart, and building a career without burning out, for conferences, user groups, student groups and company teams.
