Refund and Returns Policy

At Lipstick and Tech LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products, courses, and career coaching services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges. By making a purchase from us, you agree to this policy.

Digital Products and Services

a) Coaching Services and Consultations:
Due to the nature of the research, time, and writing that takes place with each service, once purchased, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching services or consultations.

b) Digital Downloads and Online Courses:
Due to the nature of digital downloads and online courses, these purchases are non-refundable.

c) Follow-up Support:
We offer the opportunity to ask follow-up questions regarding your service up to 48 hours after delivery to ensure your satisfaction.

Physical Products

a) Eligible Items:
Physical goods, such as t-shirts and notebooks, are eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original condition.

b) Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

c) Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email kimberly@lipstickandtech.com with your order number and photos of the goods received.

d) Refund Method:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

e) Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

a) Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

b) Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

– Online courses
– Coaching services and consultations
– Customized or personalized products
– Gift cards

5. Requesting an Exception

If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants an exception to this policy, please email kimberly@lipstickandtech.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
